Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced Head Chef to work with our client in the Worcester Area.
Working in an Care Home setting, your main duties will include:
Overseeing overall management of catering operations
Leading a small kitchen team in delivering a timely service
Being aware of allergen and dietary needs
Stock ordering
Stock takes
Accurate recording of daily and weekly paperwork including temperature checks
Ensuring high standards of kitchen and food hygiene are maintained at all times.
Knowledge of the IDDSI framework.Skills Required:
Experience in care home catering
Knife skills
Knowledge of stock takes and ordering
Rota management
Working within a budget
Management experienceQualifications Needed:
Food hygiene level 2 or 3
Allergens
Knowledge of IDDSI
Able to pass an enhanced DBS check
Previous experience in a management roleSalary - £31,000 per annum
Expected start date ASAP.
