The Role
As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, following manufacturer specifications and BSI standards. You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, precise, and high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out structural and non-structural panel repairs and replacements
15. Accurately assess damage and determine safe and efficient repair methods
16. Align and finish panels with precision and attention to detail
17. Maintain high-quality standards while meeting agreed deadlines
18. Keep your workspace organised and compliant with health and safety guidelines
What You’ll Bring
19. Proven experience in panel beating or body repair within the automotive industry
20. Proficiency in welding, metal reshaping, and refinishing techniques
21. A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-standard repairs
22. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
23. SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
