Multi-Skilled Engineer – Larbert
Salary: £39k - £42k (based on a 40-hour week)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm or Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
Start Date: Immediate
TM Scotland is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our long-standing clients based in Larbert. We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience, ideally gained within a food manufacturing environment, to support the ongoing operation of the business.

About Our Client
Our client is a well-established Scottish confectionery manufacturer, producing a range of traditional sweets and supplying customers across the UK.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* HNC or HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
* Demonstrable hands-on electrical experience, including fault finding, wiring, and working with sensors
* Previous experience within food, FMCG, or confectionery manufacturing is essential
* Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to provide a reference from a previous employer
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on production machinery
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and minor electrical issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
