We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a high-performing expanding team within the Life Sciences industry. You'll be responsible for accurate and effective delivery of interview scheduling and background screening throughout Europe.
How you'll shape the future of talent
* Initiate, monitor, and complete background checks for new hires
* Schedule interviews
* Ensure system and tracker accuracy to maintain compliance
* Build positive rapport with candidates and provide timely information
* Manage onboarding from Employment Screening to Start Date
* Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers to ensure client satisfaction and meet service level agreements
You'll be someone who can bring
* Solid experience in recruitment or HR administration
* Strong communication skills across all stakeholder levels
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Database/CRM/ATS
* Drive for operational excellence and best practices
* Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple assignments
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
* Fluency in English and German
