Job Details
* Location: Motherwell Motorstore
* Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.30pm, Friday 8am - 4.30pm
* Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE plus benefits, with performance-based bonuses up to £9,000 every three years
* Annual Leave: Starting from 33 days, increasing with service
* Additional Benefits: Private healthcare, sick pay, employee discounts, maternity and paternity packages
* Salary Reviews: Twice per year
About the Role
Working in a busy workshop environment, you will restore accident-damaged and sales vehicles to high standards. Previous experience, energy, efficiency, and initiative are essential.
Essential Skills
* Experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter in a professional workshop
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Day-to-Day Duties
* Preparing vehicles for paintwork
* Masking vehicles for painting
* Minor damage repairs
* Polishing paintwork to remove defects
* Mixing and applying paint to vehicles
