They are a well-established freight forwarder who are now looking to strengthen the operations team and recruit a Logistics Coordinator to join the team at their offices in Bradford
Role Description:
To provide excellent levels of service to clients and external salespeople. This will be achieved through the successful candidates, skilled and professional telephone manner, more general communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of the customer service and documentation required for freight bookings that have differing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain shared inbox
* Undertake customer bookings and input data into Cargowise
* Check and send customer documentation
* Produce bills of lading
* Provide bill of lading instructions
* Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the business
Experience Required:
* At least 1 years' experience in International freight movements
* Ability to work independently
