About The Role
Part time role 26.5 hours.
As an Activities Co‑ordinator at HC‑One, you will plan and implement activities that delight our Residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will also help the Home Manager organise essential fundraising events and support residents’ confidence to socialise, develop new activity ideas based on their hobbies, and involve the wider care home team.
We are looking for someone with a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally with experience developing activity programmes. You should have great planning, organisational and IT skills, manage your time effectively, and communicate with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner.
Your safeguarding responsibilities include recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, attending appropriate safeguarding training, seeking advice, and reporting concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
