Learning Technology Partner | £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hybrid role with a mix of office, home-working and travel to our villages.
Based at our Forest House office, with a couple of days in the office each week and time spent exploring our villages, collaborating with teams, or working remotely.
Responsibilities
* Using data and learning analytics to generate insights that improve the learner experience, engagement, and content relevance. Interpret platform data to spot trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend data-informed improvements
* Lead and support project work, including implementing new platforms or tools and enhancing existing systems; coordinate stakeholders, test integrations, and support rollout plans
* Drive platform adoption and optimisation; ensure learners, managers, and content creators understand how to maximise learning technologies; shape internal communications and enablement efforts; track adoption metrics
* Collaborate across teams (People, IT, external providers) to align the platform with business needs and ensure high-quality user experience
* Explore and pilot new technologies that support learning in the flow of work and performance enablement; stay updated on tools and trends and assess value
* Improve platform usability and learner journeys using feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
* Contribute to wider learning or talent development projects based on strategic priorities
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing digital learning platforms (LMS / LXP)
* Proficiency with learning technologies such as Totara, or equivalent
* Experience working with SCORM formats and reporting dashboards
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
* Excellent communication and support skills; able to simplify technical issues for non-technical audiences
* Confidence and capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams
* A keen eye for detail with good problem-solving and project management skills
Hours and Location
This is a full-time position with working patterns designed to support both operational needs and work-life balance. Our team typically collaborates during core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
