Contract Support Administrator
Salary: £24,500 – £27,000 per annum

A leading provider of fire safety solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. Based in Bagshot Surrey, they are expanding their team and seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join our dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and process annual service contracts
* Schedule reactive call-outs and remedial works
* Manage calendars and appointments for engineers and surveyors
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications (phone and email)
* Maintain and update internal databases and records
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
* Provide general administrative and clerical support across the office
* Assist with data entry and document management
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative roles
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Comfortably using computerised systems for scheduling and documentation
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
