You’ll work as a Customer Service Specialist in the Occupational Health team in Abingdon. Your main job is to: * Help customers book health services * Answer questions (by phone and email) * Make sure everything runs smoothly and on time You’re basically the first point of contact for customers and play a big role in their overall experience.
