Hours: Onsite 07:00 to 15:30 from Monday to Friday Your new role You will be acting as a front of house representative on reception, you're expected to complete the following duties: To answer all incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Meet and greet all visitors in a professional manner To complete all administrative work to support the department, and assist other departments when necessary Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
