Job Title: Marketing Manager
Join a £10m manufacturing business focused on the construction sector as a Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities include:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans in collaboration with senior leadership to align with company objectives.
2. Content & Branding: Create engaging content across multiple channels, maintain brand consistency, and support PR initiatives.
3. Digital Marketing: Manage digital campaigns including SEO, social media, and email marketing. Work with external agencies to optimize website performance.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support: Drive activities to generate leads, support sales efforts, and report on performance metrics.
5. Communications Management: Oversee internal and external communications, uphold brand integrity, and enhance company profile.
6. Market Analysis: Conduct industry research to stay ahead of trends and refine marketing strategies.
7. Project Management: Ensure marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
Skills & Tools: Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, analytical tools, Canva, Adobe Suite, and managing external agency relationships.
