The Administrator’s duties and responsibilities will include:
* Meeting, greeting and liaising with parents, pupils and visitors to the school.
* Being responsible for checking visitors into the school in line with safeguarding procedures.

* Provide administrative and organisational support to the Head Teacher
* Collating daily catering figures and liaising with the kitchen
* Checking the ParentPay payment system weekly and chasing any outstanding debts
* Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school
* Establish constructive relationships and communicate with other agencies/professionals
* Provide routine clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, complete routine forms
* Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems.
* Ordering stationery and general stock as required by the school.
* Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
* To keep the school office and reception area as an orderly, pleasant and efficient working environment.

Our school can offer you:
* A thriving, well-resourced and attractive learning environment.
* Friendly, enthusiastic children.
* A dedicated, supportive and welcoming staff team.
* Excellent opportunities for professional development and support.
* On-going CPD
Applicants are strongly advised to look around our school. Please contact Miss Rachael Blackmore on 01748 832676 to make an appointment or email: admin@colburn.n-yorks.sch.uk
