Restaurant Manager

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional standards across customer service, team leadership, operational performance, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
Lead by example to create a positive and energetic working environment
Motivate the team to consistently deliver high standards of service
Customer Experience Deliver a welcoming and engaging experience for all guests
Manage busy service periods efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
Operational Management Ensure smooth daily operations across front and back of house
Monitor service times and maintain operational efficiency
Resolve issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption
Financial & Commercial Performance Support sales growth and profitability
Monitor labour costs and operational expenditure
Maintain strong control over stock and ordering processes
Stock & Compliance Manage stock levels, deliveries, and supplier relationships
Ensure health & safety and food hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Team Development Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Support employee progression and ongoing development within the business
About You We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous restaurant management experience within a fast-paced hospitality environment
Are confident leading large teams and managing busy services
Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
Thrive under pressure and maintain high standards consistently
Are commercially aware and operationally strong
