Project Coordinator – Fire & Security £40,000 + Package – Bradford Pertemps is delighted to be supporting a leading Fire & Security provider as they continue to expand their operations team. They are now looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of fire and security installation projects. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating engineers, managing project documentation, and ensuring all resources and schedules are aligned. You’ll act as a central link between engineers, clients, sales, procurement, and project managers—helping ensure every project runs efficiently from planning through to completion. Key Responsibilities Coordinate fire and security installation projects across multiple sites Schedule engineers, subcontractors, and resources to meet project deadlines Prepare job packs, project documents, and ensure materials/equipment are available Maintain regular communication with clients regarding access, timelines, and progress Support Project Managers with programme updates, reports, and compliance information Monitor progress against plans and assist in resolving scheduling or logistical issues Ensure project delivery meets industry standards and internal procedures Contribute to improving planning processes and promoting “right first time” delivery About You Experience in Fire & Security, engineering c...
