The Role:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of commerce clients across Amazon and key marketplaces
* Guide customers through onboarding, optimisation, troubleshooting, and expansion
* Act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption and identifying upsell opportunities
* Analyse customer feedback and performance data to deliver actionable insights
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic eCommerce consultation
* Stay ahead of Amazon platform updates, retail media trends, and emerging marketplace opportunities
Looking for:
* Previous experience managing accounts across Amazon and other marketplaces
* Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights
* Experience with CRM tools and reporting
* Solid understanding of eCommerce strategy, retail media, and Amazon ecosystem
* Fluent in English & French based in either the UK or France
