We’re looking for someone who understands the operational reality and wants to actively improve it — by supporting optimal workforce utilization, ensuring training readiness, and supporting technician development across the region.

You will support us with
* Allocating technicians to projects based on competencies, certifications, and business needs, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency
* Planning technician rotations, availability, and deployment across projects
* Building and maintaining training plans aligned with the project pipeline, including identification of training gaps
* Coordinating training activities with regional training centers and ensuring clear communication to technicians
* Maintaining accurate certification records and ensuring compliance before deployment
* Acting as the main point of contact for technicians regarding planning and administrative matters
* Contributing input to technician development discussions
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Who we’re looking for
* Experience in resource planning, training coordination, or similar roles in the wind or technical services industry
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data (Excel or similar tools)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
* Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
* Experience in technical industries (e.g., wind, construction, energy, services) is a strong advantage
