What will this role include?
* Manage key accounts and partnerships, focusing on commercial growth and sponsorship revenue.
* Identify, target and land new clients - strategically growing new revenue streams
* Lead and coordinate the event team and stakeholders for effective project execution.
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
* Minimum 2 years experience in event management
* Strong experience in B2B sales, ideally withing events, but honestly, as long as you have the right attitude and want to succeed, you'll fit right in.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to elevate team performance.
* Strong sales capabilities, including lead generation and proposal writing for partnerships and sponsorships.
* Innovative mindset focused on industry trends and maintaining competitive edge.
* Exceptional time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
