Skills And Experience Required
* Experience within a Software Support role (this is not hardware/pc support).
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including T‑SQL Queries, stored procedures and database maintenance.
* Experience Of SSRS Report Builder.
* Ability to manage multiple support cases.
* Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits).
