Job title: Cover Supervisor Salary: Grade 5 SCP 7 -11, Actual salary £20635.69 - £22492.28 Hours: 33.5 hours per week, term time only Contract type: Permanent Christ Church C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint two excellent and committed Cover Supervisors to join our exceptional team. Christ Church C of E Primary School is a very popular, over-subscribed, large primary school with a nursery provision, serving our local community in Coseley. The successful candidate must be passionate about working with young children. We wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor who is conscientious and compassionate and has high expectations and aspirations for all pupils. We are looking for someone who: · Has a good understanding of child development and pedagogy · Has high expectations and aspirations for children in their care · Is able to motivate and inspire pupils through both 1:1 and small group work · Is enthusiastic, resourceful and committed to ensuring the highest possible standards of pupil achievement and personal development, supporting every child to flourish in all aspects of their life · Has experience of the needs and support strategies required to engage and motivate children in their learning · Is willing to contribute to the life of our school and our community · Has a commitment to their own personal and professional development · Is able to work effectively as part of a team This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team which shares an ambition to provide the best possible environment in which to educate our children.
