A day in the life of…
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will work closely with the property HR team to provide a comprehensive Learning and Development function across the Hotel and Venue. Supporting the Hotel & Venue management team, the L&D Manager will design, organise, conduct, and track training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organisational productivity and excellence.
What do we need from you?
* Previous experience in a similar role
* A passion for the hospitality industry and demonstrable experience of sharing this passion through training
* Be able to develop, maintain, support and build relationships across multiple locations and levels in the business
