Job Description
1. Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
2. Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
3. Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates
4. Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration
5. Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
6. Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
7. Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders

The Successful Applicant
8. Proven experience in managing liht industrial projects, specifically data center, warehouse and distribution centers.
9. Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
10. Leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
11. In-depth technical knowledge of data center construction and systems integration.
12. Quick problem-solving skills to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
13. A focus on safety, quality, and adherence to industry standards.
14. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and client management.
15. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
