The Role
As a 360 Recruiter, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle while building and nurturing strong client and candidate relationships. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success directly rewards you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Proactively identify and win new client business
2. Client Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts
3. Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media & networking to attract talent
4. Screening & Interviews: Assess suitability and manage the interview process
5. Offer & Onboarding Management: Handle negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
6. Compliance: Ensure all placements meet legal and company compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally in a 360 role
8. Strong business development skills
9. Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
10. A resilient, motivated individual with a results‑driven mindset
11. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi-tasking environment
