Development Details:
This role will be based at a development in the heart of West London. It is a new development which is part of a 10‑year project: it has 981 homes now, and will reach 1,155 homes in total by the end of this year (2024). Approximately 2,300 homes are projected by 2030. The site benefits from several amenities for residents such as a Health Club with a swimming pool, 2 cinemas, and virtual golf. Nearby stations include White City and Shepherd's Bush underground station, and Wood Lane overground station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Security Officer at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
* Care passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
* Exhibit expert customer service skills, using them to engage, communicate and inspire others.
* Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
* Have a keen eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, and reporting any defects and health and safety concerns.
* Support your team, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
* Hold a door supervisor SIA licence.
