CRIMINAL SOLICITOR (PROCEEDS OF CRIME)
Location: SWANSEA | 4+ PQE | Salary: circa GBP 65,000 (DOE) | Job Ref: 3637
Responsibilities
* Advising on complex proceeds of crime matters, including asset restraint, confiscation, and enforcement.
* Analyzing large volumes of evidence and working closely with investigators early in the case to shape strategy.
* Overseeing cases throughout the prosecution process, developing case strategies, making charging decisions, drafting legal documents, and advising on disclosure and evidential matters.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with at least four years’ PQE and strong criminal law experience.
* Experience or exposure to proceeds of crime, asset recovery, or financial investigations is highly advantageous.
