What You'll Do:
As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will:
Assess Claims: Review and analyse claims to determine validity and coverage.
Engage with Clients: Communicate with policyholders, providing them with updates and guidance throughout the claims process.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and adjusters to ensure efficient claims handling.
Resolve Issues: Address any discrepancies or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain Records: Keep thorough documentation of all claims, communications, and actions taken.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in insurance claims handling or a related field is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
