You'll be working with an exceptional, fast growing Managed Service Provider working alongside their support team as a final point of technical escalation. Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID.
* Resolving high-level BAU Incidents
* Project Roll outs
* Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Do regular updates, fix network problems, and apply patches.
* Help Users: Support staff with any problems using their hardware, software, or internet.
* Work with the Team: Support the wider 3rd line support team and help with bigger technical problems or projects.
* Documentation: Log issues, how they were fixed, and any system changes.
