We’re looking for a driven and confident Telesales Executive to join a busy used car dealership in Hinckley. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on converting inbound and outbound enquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales. The Role * Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from potential customers * Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales opportunities * Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team * Build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service * Follow up on previous enquiries to maximise conversion rates * Accurately update the CRM system with customer interactions What We’re Looking For * Previous telesales executive, call centre, or automotive sales experience preferred * Strong telesales executive communication and persuasion skills * Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude * Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment ie previous experience of a telesales executive role * Good organisational skills and attention to detail What’s On Offer * £26,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £45,000 * Uncapped commission structure * Full training and ongoing support * Friendly, team-focused working environment * Career progression opportunities within the dealership Working Hours * 42.5 hours per week * 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis (weeke...
