Overview
Sytner Group offers a Permanent Used Car Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and potential to earn additional commission up to £50,000 OTE. The role includes a company car and a range of employee benefits.
Responsibilities
* Act as key point of contact for customers during the car‑buying journey, ensuring first‑class customer service.
* Communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them throughout the purchasing process.
* Work flexible patterns, typically including weekends, to provide high levels of service.
Qualifications
* Customer service or sales background, preferably with automotive sales experience.
* Good interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Full and valid UK driving licence.
* May be asked to attend an assessment centre.
