Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Autocentre team to achieve business goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Drive performance and deliver a positive customer journey in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and manage KPI targets.
* Provide in-the-moment coaching and development to team members.
Salary and Benefits
* £34,203 to £40,823 per annum
* Average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year (with potential to earn more)
* 5 days a week

Skills and Experience
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development
* Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards
* Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
