The Role
This is a relationship-led Account Manager position with a commercial edge.
You’ll work closely with a portfolio of clients, helping them get the most out of the platform while identifying opportunities to expand and evolve their use of the technology.
From onboarding new clients to supporting major event delivery, you’ll be involved in meaningful, visible work where your input directly impacts client success.
You’ll also have the chance to contribute to new business growth, particularly early on, giving you a well-rounded commercial skillset.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building genuine, long-term relationships with your clients
* Understanding what success looks like for them and helping them achieve it
* Bringing ideas and solutions that improve their events and engagement
* Spotting opportunities to grow accounts naturally through value
* Being the go-to person clients trust when it matters
* Working closely with a supportive internal team to deliver great outcomes
What They’re Looking For
* Experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
* Someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
* Naturally organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
* A proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be told what to do
* Commercial awareness (you understand how to grow accounts, not just manage them)
Bonus points if you’ve worked in SaaS, events, or with agencies - but not essential.
