This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment within a busy manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all designated areas are kept to high hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain factory floors, production areas, and communal spaces Safely dispose of industrial waste and recyclables in line with company procedures Operate cleaning machinery and equipment where required Ensure spillages and hazards are promptly addressed to maintain workplace safety Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams Requirements: Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Good understanding of health and safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required Why Sodexo?
