Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – Thurrock
Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioural challenges and making a real difference in their educational journey? We’re offering an incredible opportunity for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join schools in Thurrock. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in school or childcare environments, especially those with a background in behaviour management. Key Responsibilities:
Provide behaviour support for students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
Support the class teacher in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Work with a diverse group of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a school or childcare environment is advantageous, especially in behaviour management.
GCSE English and Maths (C or above).
A genuine passion for working with children and a desire to make a real impact in their lives.
