Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00
This is a varied role in a busy workshop where bead & grit blasting will be the primary focus, however a versatile candidate with a willingness to get stuck in and help out with all other tasks within the workshop when required is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Bead/Grit blasting
* Masking up products ready to be blasted
* General workshop assistance
* Forklift Operation
* Any other tasks as reasonably required
Ideal candidate:
* Previous blasting or machine operation experience
* Forklift license (Counterbalance)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good aptitude to learn new processes
* Versatile and willing to get stuck in
* Looking for longevity in a career
This role is one versatility in a busy workshop, the main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to learn and operate the bead and grit blasters, however other tasks such as masking up, hand sanding, helping to load/unload deliveries etc. all may be required at times. Experienced blasters welcome, but not essential, as our client is happy to consider someone with good aptitude and a willingness to learn and will provide full support and training for the role.
