Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Providing strategic financial insight to support commercial and operational decision-making
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
* Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
* Partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide actionable financial guidance
* Preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance
* Supporting senior leadership in evaluating investment decisions and business initiatives
* Presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed in this Senior Finance Business Partner role, you should ideally have:
* A recognised professional accountancy qualification or similar experience
* Proven experience in a finance business partnering or senior management finance role
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data presentation skills
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively
* Commercial awareness and the ability to translate financial data into strategic actions
