The HR Business Partner shapes people strategies that align with business goals, advising leaders on key HR matters. Acting as a trusted partner and change advocate, the role strengthens employee engagement and collaborates across HR to deliver high value solutions that reflect organisational priorities and culture.
Note: This is a 12-month FTC hybrid role based in London with occasional travel to other sites as required by the business.
You'll be responsible for:
* Working closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support organisational goals.
* Providing guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and employment law.
* Supporting talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
* Advising and coach managers on performance management processes, including objective setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
* Working closely with the Reward team, to support the facilitation the annual reward review and alignment to the career framework for your business unit.
* Managing and supporting organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.
* Identifying learning needs and facilitate the implementation of training and development programmes to enhance organisational capability.
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies and contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
* Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations that drive business performance and inform decision making.
You'll need to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable).
* Significant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
* Demonstrable experience in supporting organisational change and transformation projects.
* In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
