Plumbing Lecturer
Location: South London
Contract: [Full-time / Part-time / Temporary]
Salary: £45 Per Hour
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Plumbing Lecturer to join our teaching team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training to learners studying plumbing and related construction courses, helping them develop both practical skills and technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging theory and practical plumbing lessons
* Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
* Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning materials
* Ensure a safe workshop and classroom environment
* Support learners with varying abilities and learning needs
* Contribute to course development and quality improvement
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Plumbing or a related trade
* Relevant industry experience in plumbing
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Passion for education and learner development
Desirable
* Assessor or IQA qualification
* Experience teaching apprentices or college learners
* Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations
