Rewards Analyst Location: Derby, UK (3 days on-site) I 6-Month Contract
We are looking for a Rewards Analyst to join a globally respected technology company that develops cutting-edge solutions to deliver clean, safe, and competitive power technologies. This is a 6-month contract based in Derby, providing the opportunity to support global reward programmes during a high-volume period, helping recognise and motivate employees across multiple regions.
Support operational delivery of reward processes, including salary reviews and annual incentive plans.
Ensure accurate data management across HR and payroll systems.
3 years of experience with pay awards, bonuses, or reward data.
