Comprising of Anglian Water, MGroup, Barhale and Kier, the IOS Alliance work together to concentrate on solutions across the water recycling and clean water asset base. What will you be doing as our new Technical Assistant? We are looking for a Technical Assistant to supports the smooth running of the team administration for IOS Delivery Director and also the Chief Engineer as required. Your roles and responsibilities will include : Sorting and distributing electronic mail, ensure forwarded to relevant personnel in absence and draft responses as appropriate Ability to deliver effective information to all levels in organisation Prepare presentations, reports and other documents as required Maintain an efficient bring-forward system to ensure actions are carried out by deadlines Ensure all relevant information is provided to the Head of AWAD prior to meetings etc. Ensure accurate and confidential filing system with effective retrieval Maintain supplies, materials and resources for the office Order PPE, materials and resources for AWAD sub teams Understand and maintain awareness of business priorities Schedule meetings/conferences Maintain an efficient database of addresses/telephone numbers & relevant information Co-Ordinate and re-schedule diaries at short notice Organise complex and constantly changing travel itineraries, conferences, and functions Book accommodation, rooms and facilities as necessary A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours PA/senior secretary experience 1st class administrative/secretarial skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Primarily: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience of proprietary/bespoke IT systems and software Broad understanding of the group and related companies Experience of SAP Excellent organisational skills 1st class interpersonal skills Speed and accuracy Work effectively with diverse groups Flexible - responsive to a variety of situations Initiative Why Anglian Water?
