Job Description: Test Manager. £500 per day, London, Hybrid/Remote. Our Government Client is looking to bring on board an experienced Test Manager for a large Digital programme in both AWS and Azure environments. From a technical perspective you will be well versed in Automation (BDD, Selenium, Springboot) as well as Gitlab. you will also have strong experience in perfromance testing. Extensive Testing Experience: Strong background in software testing across the full development lifecycle, with a deep understanding of both manual and automated testing practices Leadership in Quality Assurance : Experience leading testing efforts within agile teams, setting quality standards, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes. Test Planning & Oversight : Ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities across multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and business goals. Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and advocate for quality. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Committed to supporting the development of others by sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Experience leading testing efforts within agile teams, setting quality standards, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will be expected to lead and manage a team of test analysts, overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.
