Job Details
 * Job Title: Materials Handler
 * Job location: Crewe, Cheshire
 * Hourly pay rate: £16.65 PAYE or £20.66 LTD
 * Hours per week: 37 Hours per week
 * Shifts: 08:00AM – 16:30PM
 * Duration: 12 Month Contract +
Client Summary
Our client is a global leader in Rolling Stock vehicle manufacturing, service and maintenance.
Responsibilities
 * This position will be mainly based on an FLT truck, but you will be required to do a considerable amount of manual handling.
 * Based in Crewe within a busy engineering department.
 * Complete the following requirements where applicable:
 o Good knowledge of material supply
 o Experience of picking
 o Knowledge of SAP or similar stock control systems ()
 o Good organisational and communication skills
 o Stock control and rotation (this is essential)
 o FLT experience with a Counterbalance and Reach license, Flexi-Truck (but not essential)
 o Ability to work to tight deadlines
Qualifications / Experience
 * Similar experience with a heavy industry / engineering stores
 * Refreshed their Counterbalance license within the last three years
 * Able to work well within a small team
 * Be able to work alone for periods and be responsible for their work.
