The Role
* Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
* Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
* Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
