This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, enhance HR operations, and drive an exceptional employee experience from onboarding through to the full employee lifecycle.
The role is a maternity cover until September 2026, with a start ASAP.

You will oversee the HR Services and Onboarding functions, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of HR processes. You'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, optimise systems, and build a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.

1. Lead, develop, and mentor the People Services team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
2. Drive operational performance through analysis of key HR metrics and delivery of process improvements.
