Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves working with children and thrives in a team environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Support the development and wellbeing of all children in your care
* Maintain accurate records and observations
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare (essential)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS
* Excellent communication skills and a team player
* Reliable, proactive, and passionate about early childhood education
* Must be able to work 4 full days per week, all year round (7:30am–6:30pm)
* Enhanced DBS and professional references required
