As a Cluster HR Executive you will report to the HR manager of all your allocated hotels.
Your Job: Oversee and enhance recruitment and selection processes for the hotel staff.
Onboarding of team members across both hotels
Be a key part of the engagement activity across both hotels
Organising Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance
Ensure both hotels are compliant at all times
Weekly HR payroll administration
Served as a trusted advisor to the hotel management team, providing strategic HR insights.
Provide day to day support to team members and assist with their queries
Organisation and ordring of uniform
Support the Cluster HRM with the daily tasks
What You'll Need: 1-year experience in Human resources.
Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential
