Sales Consultant - London and South East
We are looking to expand our London and South East Sales Team by recruiting a dedicated, results-driven Sales Consultant for our developments in Borehamwood and Knebworth. While experience in housebuilding or estate agency is advantageous, our comprehensive training program makes this role suitable for candidates from customer-facing backgrounds such as hospitality, travel, or retail.
You will have proven experience in a customer-centric and target-driven environment, consistently delivering a positive customer experience at every stage of the journey. We seek someone who is empathetic, reliable, tenacious, and ambitious to help us build vibrant retirement living communities.
What the Sales Consultant role involves

As a Sales Consultant, you will bring enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills to generate and qualify leads, develop interest and commitment, negotiate pricing, and close sales. You will ensure customers remain informed, engaged, and committed through to sales completion.
We expect our Sales Consultants to be entrepreneurial self-starters capable of using initiative. They often work independently, managing their development, database, organizing events, and contributing to marketing strategies.

What we look for in a Sales Consultant
We invest in training and development to support your growth and potential.
You will have:
* Previous customer-focused sales experience within a similar environment, such as housebuilding, hospitality, or care
* Experience with outbound calling and a proven visit-to-reservation conversion rate (advantageous)
* A valid UK Driver's Licence for visiting customers off-site
You will be:
* A highly competent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a good listener, negotiator, approachable, and capable of building rapport with stakeholders
* Resilient, flexible, adaptable, passionate, and energetic
* Motivated, proactive, and with a strong work ethic
* A team player acting professionally with integrity
* Attentive to presentation quality of both the product and yourself in customer-facing roles
