Fawkes & Reece are partnering with a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a major commercial development in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of high-profile projects across the capital. You'll be responsible for managing the electrical delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring successful coordination, installation, and overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the electrical package from design through delivery and handover
* Manage subcontractors, procurement, and on-site activities
* Oversee safety, quality, and commercial performance
* Provide technical input during tender and pre-construction stages
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
1. Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical projects within major building schemes
2. Strong technical understanding of commercial building services
3. Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or main MEP contractor
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
