We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager for a small, purpose-built nursing home in Leicester. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Nursing Home Manager in the daily operations of the facility
* Assist in managing staff rotas and conducting supervisions
* Ensure high standards of care are consistently provided to all residents
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
* Oversee clinical governance and quality assurance processes
Requirements
* Valid Nursing PIN
* Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home setting
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
