Playtech's land-based gaming unit Neon is looking fora talented Casino Operations Specialist to support the successful onboarding of licensees using our Neon product suite. You’ll lead operational readiness, configuration, advisory, and adoption efforts, while feeding real-world insights back into product development.

Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
2. Act as the operational lead during licensee onboarding and upgrade initiatives
3. Partner with implementation teams to deliver solutions efficiently on-site whilst ensuring operational readiness
4. Lead UAT efforts for new business implementations and existing business upgrades
5. Act as a trusted expert in Neon product solutions and how they solve operational use cases
6. Analyse licensee operations and configure systems to meet business needs
7. Advise on best-fit configurations and optimal platform usage
8. Deliver best-practice advice, conduct workshops, and support go-lives
9. Provide frontline issue resolution and operational workarounds
10. Act as a subject matter expert in land-based casino operations
11. Represent operational needs during product design, scoping, and validation
12. Surface field intelligence and recurring friction points to Product Management and Customer Success teams
13. Support the Service Desk with escalated operational issues
Qualifications

14. Minimum 5 years of experience in the gaming industry
15. Strong knowledge of land-based casino operations
16. Solid understanding of software systems and operational workflows
17. Outstanding communication and presentation skills
18. A professional, adaptable, and confident approach in high-pressure environments
19. Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in gaming operations
