Where will you be working? M Group Telecom At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What youll bring? The successful candidate must hold a valid NRSWA Supervisor Street Works qualification (Units 1016) to oversee works on the public highway.
Smart Awards accreditation, specifically the Network Operative Passport Scheme (NOPS), is essential.
Passive Infrastructure Access (PIA) certification is desirable, particularly for experience within Openreach environments.
A full UK driving licence is required due to the mobile nature of the role.
Experience or strong familiarity with Openreach infrastructure, including FTTP and HFC networks, is highly desirable.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of telecommunications engineering, particularly underground civils and cable installation.
A strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and local authority permitting processes is essential, along with the ability to work compliantly and professionally within complex stakeholder environments.
